Today we increasingly need to communicate with various groups of people, and intercultural communication is a key factor in this aspect of corporate and professional development, spanning from recognizing cultural differences, understanding one’s own culture and that of others, to adapting and integrating them to one’s own identity.

Creating high-performing virtual teams poses challenges not present when working in face-to-face teams: from technology to how to achieve real and effective communication which will allow us to support one another and achieve better results.
Appreciative Inquiry is the study of what makes human systems tick when they perform at their highest. This is carried out through the 4D cycle; Discovery-Dream-Design-Destiny. It helps to forge identities, to treat people as social beings, to transmit our values and beliefs and to create an organization involved in a process of continuous learning.
