July 14, 2021, will be a memorable date for Uruguay, especially for 5 lawyers, who after a process of 4 years of teamwork, Uruguay finally approves the Law for Benefit Corporations (BIC) .

ACTIVITIES IN COVID TIMES to support 4D collaborators, clients, and the community in general, especially people and families of people with disabilities.4D Lab Diversity & Inclusion services are carried out through the ProEdu Educacion Inclusiva and D Alliance programs; with special focus on the inclusion of People with Disabilities (PwD). During these tough times we are supporting people and the families of people with disabilities.

4D Lab is a certified B corporation. What does that mean? It is a company that, although it wants to make a profit, because we all need to make a living, we work to generate a positive social and environmental impact. It is in our DNA to work for a shared well-being on a healthy planet. Together with many other people, organizations and companies we seek to build a new economy, an inclusive, equitable and regenerative economy.

How to be inclusive in Covid-19 times?

Over the last decade, diversity and inclusion initiatives have gained an important place in most organizations' agendas. While some companies began with awareness raising programs, others implemented inclusive hiring practices and others dived into cultural transformation journeys. This certainly, represents a very important step towards a more equitable society with more opportunities for all. At this time of great uncertainty due to COVID-19, we should not forget these achievements. Applying an inclusion-based approach will help us emerge stronger from this challenge.

The future generation of learners

We are educating the future generation of parents, of decision makers, of policy makers. So, we are helping create the future, the question is, what future do we want?
